Lodi Sweet Corn Festival – July 17-19, 2014

The Lodi Sweet Corn Festival is located on Wooster Street in Lodi, Ohio at Letha House Field directly across from Lodi Community Library (635 Wooster Street, Lodi). From I-71 take Exit 204 for OH-83 and travel North on OH-83 (Avon Lake Road). Avon Lake Road will turn into Wooster Street. The festival will be located on the left before you reach Lodi Village Square. From I-76, go West. I-76 will become US-224 W. Turn left on Friendsville Road. Turn Right on Greenwich Road. Greenwich Road becomes Wooster Street. The festival will be on your left before you reach Lodi Village Square.

Thursday July 17th

  • 4:00 Rides & Midway Open:  Midway filled with food, games, rides, and fun for all ages. Ride ticket cost: $1.00 each, 25 tickets for $22.00, or a Wristband for $16.00.
  • 6:00 Corn Hole Registration Begins:  Kids and Adult Corn Hole registration will take place at the Chamber Office, entry fee required at time of registration.
  • 6:00 Fried Bologna Sandwich:  Come support Lodi Christmas for Kids
  • 6:30 Samurai Balloon Guy:  Giving you the best in balloon entertainment
  • 6:30 Parade – Small Town USA:  Line up Begins at 5:30 on Railroad Street
  • Opening Ceremony on the square at 6:15
  • 7:00 Digital DJ & Karaoke:  Enjoy your favorite music on stage request a song or sing one yourself for all to hear
  • 7:30 Kids Corn Hole:  Boys and Girls Ages 5-15
  • 11:00 Rides & Midway Close

Friday July 18th

  • 6:00 Corn Hole Registration Continues: Corn Hole registration at the Chamber Office
  • 6:00 Westfield Fire & Rescue Root Beer Floats:  Come support one of our local fire departments
  • 6:30 Samurai Balloon Guy:  Giving you the best in balloon entertainment
  • 7:00 Pilgrim Live on Stage:  Come support local artists on stage
  • 7:00 Corn Games & Fun Events:  Eating, Husking, & Corn Stalk Javelin Toss
  • 8:00 Tug-of-War:  You asked for it back. Bring your team of four!
  • 10:00 Fireworks:  Spectacular fireworks by Northeast Ohio Pyrotechnics
  • 11:00 Rides & Midway Close

Saturday July 19th

  • 8:00 5K Run:  Run begins at the old Lodi Elementary
  • 1:00 Rides Open. ticket cost will be $1.00 each, 25 tickets for $22.00, or a Wristband for $16.00.
  • 1:00 Midway Open:  Midway filled with food, games, rides, and fun for all ages
  • 1:00 Corn Hole Registration Begins: Adult Corn Hole registration will take place at the Chamber Office, entry fee required at time of registration.
  • 1:00 Live entertainment on stage:  Come join us for some soothing music
  • 12:00 Lodi Fire & Rescue Meals:  Come support our local fire department with enjoying a walking taco in a helmet or the amazing Chicken BBQ (BBQ will start at 4pm)
  • 3:00 Children’s Events & Old Fashioned Games:  Bring the kids and family to have some fun, win prizes, and see the fire trucks.
  • 3:00 Adult Singles Corn Hole:  Cash prizes awarded
  • 5:00 Adult Team Corn Hole:  Cash prizes awarded
  • 6:00 Buckshot Live on Stage:  Enjoy live music from a great band. Buckshot will be playing a mix of country and favorites from over the years.
  • 6:30 Samurai Balloon Guy:  Giving you the best in balloon entertainment
  • 10:00 Raffle:  $600 ($1000 if present) Grand Prize, $300 ($600 if present) Second Place, and 40 other fantastic prizes!
